Hi! My name is Paige, and I am a lifelong reader who likes to write reviews about the books I read. I am a college senior who has found solace and understanding within books.

Reading has always been more than a hobby to me; it's my escape. Between the stress of college, having multiple chronic illnesses and the constant mental load of coping with both of them, books are where I allow myself to slow down and step into fictional worlds. Reading allows me to disconnect from stress and reconnect with myself.

I created this website as a space where I can share honest reviews of the books I read, including advance reader copies (ARCs) and published titles. I believe every book deserves a genuine review, and I approach each story with an open but critical outlook, while still respecting the author's work. My goal isn't just to say whether I liked a book or not, but to talk about why it worked (or didn't), who might enjoy it, the tropes included, and what made it memorable.

What I Typically Read

I tend to go through more e-books than physical books, but I am making an effort to read my physical TBR at the moment. I frequently read advance review copies (ARCs) and leave reviews for different publishers. I am a member of the Luna Lit Crew with Luna Literary and am an ambassador for Willow Winters and Jane Handler. I also receive ARCs through The Nerd Fam, Tales and Teacups, Love Notes PR, House of Hearts Lit, Happily Booked PR, Booksirens, Wordsmith Publicity, Valentine PR and Literary Management, The Niche Reader, Grey's Promotions, and independent authors like Tessa Hale, Sloane Fletcher, Milly Taiden, and Bethany Rosa.

I gravitate toward romance, fiction, and fantasy. I love stories that showcase complicated relationships and characters that feel real and imperfect. I most commonly read contemporary romance, sports romance, or darker love stories. I'm drawn to books that explore vulnerability, longing, and the ways people change when they love and are loved in return.

I'm also a huge fan of darker and more psychological reads. Thrillers, morally grey characters, and stories that blur the line between right and wrong constantly pull me in. I appreciate books that aren't afraid to be uncomfortable, especially when they dig into the darker sides of human nature. These stories tend to linger with me long after I've finished them, which is something I value deeply as a reader.

That said, I'm always open to stepping outside my comfort zone. I enjoy discovering new authors, exploring different subgenres, and picking up books that surprise me in the best ways. If a story has strong character development, emotional depth, a compelling voice, and a good setting, chances are I'll give it a chance, no matter the genre.

Conclusion

Through this platform, I hope to connect with fellow readers, authors, and publishers who share a love for books and meaningful discussions. Whether you're looking for your next read, curious about a new release, want to learn how to receive advance review copies, or just enjoy hearing someone talk passionately about stories, you're in the right place.
